$1,250

Nan Goldin (b. 1953) is unquestionably one of the most influential photographers of the 20th century.

A successor to Diane Arbus, her aesthetic, creative approach and contribution to color photography has had a tremendous impact on both the medium and the art world. Nan Goldin's body of work is consistently personal - she documents the romance, tragedy, triumphs and adventures of her friends and lovers.

This intimate and gritty portrait, like many of Goldin's best images, conveys the energy, characters and creativity of NYC in the 80s and 90s.

A fantastic example of her practice.
